PRICE AND VARIATIONS
Selling prices shown in this tariff are Retail prices. Prices are not included in all expenses and taxes related to the manufacture of products. If applicable, VAT tax will be applied additionally.
BLASCO reserves the right to modify any measureand/or material if by doing this BLASCO understands that the quality, the design and the comfort of the product increases.
Orders are sent by e-mail to the following address: email@example.com. Orders shall state necessary data including contact telephone and additional relevant information. After the purchase order is registered, BLASCO sends an order confirmation with a reference. If the order does not include the fabric,the customer will put the order reference to the fabric to be delivered to BLASCO for identification purposes.
Customer support assistance schedule: Monday Thursday from 8:30 to 13:30 and then from 14:30 to 17:30. Friday From 8:30 to 14:30.
Delivery date for standard size orders is 4 to 5 weeks since order confirmation or customer fabric reception (order with customer fabric). For special size orders delivery date increases 2 additional weeks.
Any possible delays on delivery dates do not entitle the buyer to claim for damages.
STORAGE AT BLASCO FACILITIES
BLASCO don’t storage finish products if a shipment is delayed by any reasons external to the company, it will be necessary to give us a new delivery address. BLASCO will recover a 0,3 % daily of the value of the goods stored for all the costs incurred between storage and insurance.
Unless expressly ordered, all goods will go packed in boxes, on top of a wood pallet.
CLAIMS AND PRODUCT RETURN
Products can only be returned with BLASCO written consent. BLASCO shall provide written transport instructions. The Product shall be packed in its original packaging orinasimilarone. In this case, BLASCO shall be responsible for transport costs. Products returned without BLASCO written consent will not be accepted neither transport costs. Once the claim is justified and accepted, BLASCO will take care of all transport expenses; otherwise, BLASCO will invoice all delivery expenses and repair costs. BLASCO reserves the right to hold the repaired products until the payment is received.
Manufacturing of the products starts after the order is confirmed. For an order to be confirmed, the customer shall perform an initial down payment. The Amount of the down payment shall vary depending on different order featuressuchustotal order amount, special product measures, etc. The Down payment amount is registered in the order confirmation or in the proforma invoice and shall be paid via bank transfer (swift) to BLASCO Bank Account. The Downpayment is not refundable necessary to partially cover the industrial costs linked to the production of the products. Once The Down payment is received,
BLASCO sends a firm order confirmation with delivery date.
After order completion, BLASCO informs the balance of the total order amount for the customer to perform the remaining payment. Once the balance did receive data BLASCO Bank the product is packed for delivery. After the expiry of one month past the information of order completion, BLASCO does not acknowledge receipt there maining amount,it will be understood that the customer rejects the order. If The Previous occurs, the product is kept under BLASCO ownership.
MODELS WITH SLIPCOVERS
BLASCO models with slipcover are only available with BLASCO fabrics.
BLASCO could accept the customer fabric if after testing the fabric sample (20x20 centimeters sample to be sent to the factory) BLASCO considered it as optimum for manufacturing the slipcover. The customer fabric must meet BLASCO criteria of hardness, thickness and size in order to get BLASCO approval.
In order to easy the transportation and location BLASCO can manufacture extra-long sofas divided into 2 pieces that are joined afterwards with metal plates without specific tooling.
For sofas with slipcover, the cover comes apart and is delivered together with the sofa.
The divided extra-long sofa option has a 20% price increase.

UPHOLSTERED IN LEATHER
Customer leather orders have 20% additional cost. To convert fabric meters to leather square meters you must know that:
1,8 leather square meters correspond to 1 fabric lineal meter
10,764 squares feet correspond to 1 square meter
Leather must be complete hide; BLASCO does not accept part of the leather.
BLASCO does not accept split leather.
In order to make the best possible use of the material, the models upholstered in leather have additional seams to those upholstered in fabric. The cushions only have one leather side, except for the decorative ones. For more details depending on the model please consult.

BLASCO only accepts customer fabrics if delivered prepaid. Customer fabrics must indicate the purchase order reference and the fabric position (side up/side down). If position is not indicated, BLASCO gives the correct side the one rolled on the inside and the lower part the beginning of the piece. Fabric leftovers are not included unless specifically requested both in the order and in the fabric package. BLASCO does not accept any responsibility on customer fabrics defects.
BLASCO reserves the right to refuse any fabric considered not valid for upholstery or any fabric with non optimal future outcome.

Add together the vertical and horizontal repeat which column should be used as a reference.
Repeat 6 to 42 cms.
Repeat 43 to 65 cms.
Repeat 66 to 80 cms.
Repeat 81 cms or more
The footage can be reduced to 6 or more equal pieces and of the same fabric. Please ask us to make sure.
There may be slight differences in color, finish or width between the sample and the delivered. No refunds are allowed for any difference as long as it stays within the commercial and technical tolerances admitted. All our fabrics have been designed to present a consistent resistance to light with the use of furniture. However, exposure to air and use, the colours inevitably degrade over time. We must avoid direct exposure to the sun,especially in natural fabrics and dark colors because otherwise the discoloration is inevitable. We recommend always using a professional cleaning service.
WE PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS AND OTHER PARTICULAR CARE FOR EACH FABRIC.

The fabrics and leathers in our catalog are available for purchase separately through the textile editor SERENDIPITY (www.serendipityfabrics.com).
Wood is a natural product, for this reason its appearance or color may differ from wood samples.
Although all cushions have compartments, it is a good idea to pat down the feather cushions occasionally to reposition and redistribute the material. We recommend doing this work at least once a week.
STORAGE AT BLASCO FACILITIES

Transportation is included until Storage or Ground Floor Shop. The unpacking and recycling of the packaging is not included. The customer shall review the package before it is unpacked. If the package is damaged or broken, the package shall be accepted and the customer shall make a note of the incident in the transport delivery note. Afterwards, the customer shall unpack the product to check for possible damages. In case of damage, please send us pictures within 24 hours from the reception of the goods. By proceeding this way, the transport insurance will take care of the damages caused during the transport of the goods.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
The liability of BLASCO for any defect of their products is limited to the invoice value and never must exceed the invoice amount. BLASCO will never be responsible of any product incident or lost. In case that the product ordered can not be delivered for any reason, BLASCO will not be responsible for the damages this may cause. Any dispute between the parties is governed by the Spanish Law and the buyer submits to the jurisdiction and competence of courts of Madrid, Spain.
